Ready to book your accommodation?
Making a reservation with Darkstone Estate is very easy !
1.
Choose your accommodation with your Advisor
Give us the dates of your arrival and departure, the number of people travelling and the budget, we will share, our available properties matching your criteria.
Alternatively, you can search for a property by selecting a category from the web site menu at the header of the page, or search by name/reference number.
You can see further details and photos, by clicking ‘View’.
2.
Reserve your stay
Once you have selected your accommodation, you will receive the rental contract to begin the reservation process.
Check that the dates and number of people you have selected are correct. In order to reserve your stay, you will need to provide us with some personal details, including a passport, ID or driving licence number, as well as your estimated time of arrival.
If you have any special requirements such as additional service or a late check-out, please ask us and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
3.
Make the Payment and secure your reservation
In order to secure your reservation, you will be asked to make a prepayment. This prepayment should be made by wire transfer. For some reservations you may also be offered the option to pay the total amount of your stay up-front (if booked less than 30 days before the arrival). If this option is available it will be shown on the contract page.
The remainder of the balance and security deposit must be paid 30 days upon arrival.
All details of how you may pay the prepayment and remainder of your balance will be provided in your rental contract, which you will receive within a maximum of 24 hours after completing the booking process.

Note: Your reservation will only be completed once we have received your prepayment and you have received the rental contract. In case of cancellation, no refund will be made on the prepayment.
